Note:
У звʼязку з закінченням бюджетного року та відповідно до статті 48 Бюджетного кодексу
України, Сторони домовилися привести очікувану цього вартість Договору у відповідність до
кошторисних призначень установи по КЕКВ 2274 “Оплата природного газу” зменшивши
вартість Договору на суму на 179044,03 грн. (сто сімдесят девʼять тисяч сорок чотири гривні
03 копійки) та прийшли до згоди внести зміни до п.3.3. Розділу ІІІ Договору виклавши його у
наступній редакції:
«3.3. Загальна вартість Договору складається з місячних сум вартості фактично поставлених
обсягів Газу, згідно актів приймання-передачі, складених Сторонами протягом періоду постачання та
становить 642641,03 грн. (шістсот сорок дві тисячі шістсот сорок одна гривня 03 копійки).»

Note:
Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони
прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії цього Договору на строк достатній для
проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року та внести зміни до п. 11.1.
Розділу XI Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
“11.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами і діє в частині
постачання Газу по 31 березня 2018 року включно, а в частині розрахунків - до повного їх
здійснення.
