При продовженні договору на автотранспортні послуги для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року, я – Васюта Ростислав Володимирович, секретар тендерного комітету Департаменту розвитку ЛМР, допустив помилку і в поля «Ціна договору» та «Ціна договору без ПДВ» вносив ціни додаткових договорів замість загальної ціни договору з врахуванням додаткових договорів. Відповідно, в розумінні електронної системи ціна значно знизилась і при спробі завершити договір, після закінчення терміну його дії, вносячи загальну суму оплати я отримав справедливе повідомлення, що «Сума оплати за договором повинна бути менша або дорівнювати ціні договору».
Для виправлення цієї помилки я проводжу технічну зміну, щоб встановити ціну, яка має бути згідно договору.
