Доповнити п. 2.1 Договору абзацом такого змісту:
«Відповідно до п. 7.3. Договору вартість послуг на час проведення процедури закупівлі у І кварталі 2018 року визначається в межах 20% суми, передбаченої цим Договором, що не перевищує 198 000,00 грн. з ПДВ, в тому числі ПДВ – 33 000,00 грн. Обсяг закупівлі за цим Договором у 2018 році може бути змінений після затвердження тимчасового розпису асигнувань Державного бюджету України та тимчасового кошторису Державного управління справами на 1-й квартал 2018 року, про що Сторонами буде укладено додаткову угоду.».
