Сторони домовились внести зміни до пункту 3.1 і викласти його у новій редакції:
«3.1. Вартість Договору складає 49 840,00 гри. (сорок дев’ять тисяч вісімсот сорок грн 00
коп) без ПДВ. Загальна кількість запланованих виходів, виїздів представників Виконавця
на об’єкт становить 28 разів (днів).
Вартість виконання робіт в 2022 році становить 24 900,00 грн
Вартість виконання робіт в 2023 році становить 17 800,00 грн.
Вартість робіт, що підлягає виконанню у 2024 році становить 7 140,00 грн.
Вартість кожного виходу, виїзду представників Виконавця на об’єкт становить
1 780,00 грн (одна тисяча сімсот вісімдесят грн 00 коп) без ПДВ.
Вартість Договору не може бути змінена Виконавцем в односторонньому порядку
після укладення цього Договору та до повного його виконання Сторонами.»
Ця Угода набирає чинності з моменту підпису повноважними представниками сторін
та діє до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором.
