«2) зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі;»:
1.Зменшена сума Договору на 244,47 грн. (двiстi сорок чотири гривнi 47 копiйок).
2. Ціна цього Договору становить 332 317,33 грн. (триста тридцять двi тисячi триста сiмнадцять гривень 33 копiйки), з ПДВ.
