Керуючись п.2 ч.5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та згідно умов Додатку № 2 «Комерційна пропозиція ПВЦ – Індивідуальна комерційна пропозиція» до Договору, Сторони домовились змінити ціни за електричну енергію за 1 кВт*год не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку з коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості договору, що підтверджується Ціновою довідкою № 1868/21 від 11 серпня 2021 року, що видана Харківською торгово-промисловою палатою. Ціна за кВт*год становить - 3,013466676 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 0,502244446 грн.
