Сторони домовились, що ціна Послуг за цим Договором про внесення змін для проведення процедури закупівлі Послуг на початку 2020 року, дорівнює 20 відсоткам від суми, визначеної у п. 2.1 Договору у 2019 році, та становить 190 080,00 грн (сто дев’яносто тисяч вісімдесят гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 20 % - 31 680,00 грн, а саме: у січні 2020 року - 105 600,00 грн (сто п’ять тисяч шістсот гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 20 % - 17 600,00 грн, у лютому 2020 року - 84 480,00 грн (вісімдесят чотири тисячі чотириста вісімдесят гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 20 % - 14 080,00 грн.
Сторони домовились, що Договір продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі Послуг на початку 2020 року та діє до 24.02.2020.
