Пункт 12.1. Договору виключити.
2. Ця Угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу і є невід"ємною частиною договору №25 від 25.09.2017 по одному примірнику для кожної з Сторін.
3. Угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та діє до 31.12.2017.
4. Всі інші пункти договору залишаються незмінними.

У зв'язку з технічними причинами (несправність каналізації, відключена подача холодної води, відключення теплопостачання в приміщенні, де проводяться роботи) необхідно внести зміни до договору про закупівлю № 25 від 25.09.2017, а саме пункт 5.1 договору про закупівлю № 25 від 25.09.2017 викласти в наступній редакції: «5.1. Термін виконання робіт 20 листопада 2017 року.»
