У зв'язку з продовженням строку дії програми «Надзвичайної кредитної програми для відновлення України» до 30 жовтня 2021 року уклали цю Додаткову угоду до договору № ZP_ST_01 від 28 грудня 2020 р. (надалі - Договір) про наступне:
1. Календарний графік виконання робіт (Додаток №2 до Договору № ZPST01 від 28
грудня 2020 р.) викласти у новій редакції.
2. План фінансування виконаних робіт (Додаток №3 до Договору № ZPST01 від 28
грудня 2020 р.) викласти у новій редакції.
3. Викласти пункт 18.1 розділу 18. «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» Договору № ZP ST 01
від 28 грудня 2020 р.) викласти у новій редакції:
«18.1. Цей Договір вважається укладеним після підписання Сторонами і набирає чинності з моменту отримання резолюції ЄІБ «без заперечень» і діє до 30.10.2021 року, а у частині виконання зобов’язань Сторін - до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань за цим Договором.»

У зв'язку з виробничою необхідністю та у відповідності до ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» уклали цю додаткову угоду до договору № ZP_ST_01 від «28» грудня 2020 р. (надалі - Договір) про наступне:
1. Сторони вирішили подовжити термін дії Договору до 31.12.2021 (включно) та викласти пункт 18.1 розділу 18. «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» Договору у новій редакції:
«18.1. Цей договір вважається укладеним після підписання Сторонами і набирає чинності з моменту отримання резолюції ЄІБ «без заперечень» і діє до 31.12.2021 (включно), а у частині виконання зобов’язань Сторін – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором.
2. Календарний графік виконання робіт (Додаток №2 до Договору) викласти у новій редакції.
3. План фінансування виконаних робіт (Додаток №3 до Договору) викласти у новій редакції.
