Відповідно до п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі про закупівлю товару за бюджетні кошти від 15.05.2018 № А-92, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме 242 550,00 грн. (двісті сорок дві тисячі п’ятсот п’ятдесят гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 40 425,00 грн. (сорок тисяч чотириста двадцять п’ять гривень 00 копійок).
