Керуючись п. 11.4. Договору № 97 від 31.10.2022 р. (далі – Договір), з метою виправлення технічної помилки в нумерації пунктів розділу 5 Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди та уклали цю додаткову угоду про наступне: Сторони домовились розділ 5 Договору викласти в новій редакції (без внесення будь-яких змін до умов даного Договору).
Причина: "покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю" відмічена, у зв'язку з відсутністю підходячої причини/пункту серед зазначеного.
