Керуючись ст. 651 Цивільного кодексу України, ст. 188 Господарського кодексу України та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII, Сторони досягли взаємної згоди з наступного:
Здійснити надання послуг на загальну суму 96 622,55 (дев'яносто шість тисяч шістсот двадцять дві гривні 55 коп.) гривні з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної Додатком В №134-2019 від 02.07.2019 року та Додатковою угодою № 2 від 09.12.2019 року.
