Відповідно до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Закону України від 30 березня 2020 року №540-ІХ та Постанови КМУ від 20.03.2020 року №224, змінити ціни в договорі про закупівлю у зв’язку зі зміною ставок податків ізборів та/або зміною умов щодо надання пільг з оподаткування-пропорційно до зміни таких станок та/або пільг з оподаткування та відповідно до п.5 ч.5ст.41 ЗУ «Пропублічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII, також згідно частини 4 п.5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» погодження зміни ціни в договорі про закупівлю в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості товарів, робіт і послуг), у тому числі у разі коливання ціни товару на ринку Сторони дійшли згоди про зміну ціни в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості товару), зменшити суму договору на: 19249,65 (дев’ятнадцять тисяч двісті сорок дев’ять гривень 65 копійок) грн., в т.ч. ПДВ - 19 249,65 (дев’ятнадцять тисяч двісті сорок дев’ять гривень 65 копійок) грн.
