Сторони вирішили внести зміни до Розділу 2 пункту 2.4. Договору та викласти його в новій редакції:
2.4. Цей Договір вступає в силу з моменту з 01.01.2017 р. та діє до 31.12.2017 року, а в частині надання послуг згідно ст. 631 ЦКУ та до повного виконання своїх фінансових зобов’язань Замовником.
В Розділ 3 «СУМА ДОГОВОРУ ТА ПОРЯДОК РОЗРАХУНКІВ» Договору додати
пункт 3.6. та викласти його в наступній редакції:
3.6. Оплата послуг здійснюється на підставі Акту прийому – здачі виконаних робіт/ послуг.
