Зміна ціни за одиницю товару в межах 10 %. Керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі п.2 ч.4 ст.36 : «зміна ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж 10% у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі » внести зміни у договір №5-к на постачання природного газу, з подальшим укладанням додаткової угоди №2 про внесення змін до істотних умов договоруПри цьому сума договору залишається не зміною , будуть зменшені обсяги природного газу. Ціна 1000 куб. м. природного газу становитиме з ПДВ - 8084,40 грн. , а обсяг постачання природного газу за договором зменшиться і буде становити -40,834 тис. м. куб.

Керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі п.2 ч.4 ст.36 : «зміна ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж 10% у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі : внести зміни до договору №5-к на постачання природного газу від 08.05.2018 року шляхом укладання додаткової угоди №3 про внесення змін до істотних умов договору, а саме – зміна ціни за одиницю товару в межах 10 %. При цьому сума договору залишається незміною, зменшені обсяги природного газу ( згідно п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»). Ціна 1000 куб. м. природного газу з ПДВ -8892,84 грн. , а обсяг постачання за договором зменшиться і буде становити 38 152 м. куб
