У звя`зку з істотною зміною обставин, якими Сторони керувалися при укладанні Договору (значне підвищення ціни на природній газ та відсутність ресурсу природного газу у Постачальника за ціною Договора), що тягне за собою припинення Постачальником постачання природного газу з 20.08.2021р, Сторони домовились розірвати Договір 25 вересня 2021року, зі здійсненням остаточного розрахунку по Договору за поставлений газ на підставі даних Оператора ГРМ та (або) Оператора ГТС (даних ІР платформи) з послідуючим укладання відповідної додаткової угоди про зменшення планового обсягу постачання газу за Договором. Сторони домовилися зменшити загальну суму Договору на 359 824,95 грн( Триста п`ятдесят девять тисяч вісімсот двадцять чотири грн.95 коп) з ПДВ та зменшити загальний об`єм постачання на 27,564936 тис.м.куб. відповідно до вимог ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі".
