Note:
Відповідно до пункту 8 частини четвертої та частини п’ятої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони досягли взаємної згоди подовжити дію договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі у 2018 році в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної у договорі на 2017 рік. Обсяг закупівлі за цим договором у 2018 році буде визначений після затвердження тимчасового розпису асигнувань Державного бюджету України та тимчасового кошторису Державного управління справами на І-й квартал 2018 року, про що сторонами буде укладено додаткову угоду.

Відповідно до Закону України «Про Державний бюджет України на 2018 рік» та Розпису асигнувань Державного бюджету України на 2018 рік, Сторонами погоджено вартість Послуг на І квартал 2018 року у сумі 45 760,00 грн. (сорок п’ять тисяч сімсот шістдесят гривень 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 % від суми, визначеної в Договорі від 21.08.2017 № 111.11.1.2-1985/65.
