Note:
1. Зменшити суму договору на 2,16грн. (дві гривні 16 копійок) та викласти п.3.1. розділу 3 Договору у наступній редакції:
«3.1. Сума цього Договору становить 147497,84 грн. (Сто сорок сім тисяч чотириста дев’яносто сім гривень 84 копійок ).
2. Додаток № 1 (Специфікація) до Договору № 19/02-1 від 19.02.2025 року викласти у новій редакції, який є невід'ємною частиною цієї додаткової угоди та Договору про закупівлю.
3. У зв’язку зі зміною директора, згідно розпорядження Харківського міського голови від 24.02.2025р. №245/2к про призначення на посаду директора Романенко Ольгу Олександрівну з 04.03.2025р., та зміни розрахункового рахунку Закладу, відповідно до Рішення Наглядової ради ГРУ ПриватБанку щодо переходу на єдиний МФО з 15.03.2025р., внести відповідні зміни до преамбули та реквізитів Договору.
