03.12.2020 вийшов Закон України № 1060-ІХ «Про внесення змін до деяких законів України щодо врегулювання окремих питань у сфері надання житлово-комунальних послуг», згідно з яким у тарифах на послуги з централізованого водопостачання та централізованого водовідведення, які діють з 01 cічня 2022 року, не враховуються витрати на збут, що мають увійти до складу плати за абонентське обслуговування для всіх індивідуальних споживачів. У зв’язку з цим КППОР «Полтававодоканал» було введено плату за абонентське обслуговування споживачів у сумі 13,80 грн з урахуванням ПДВ, а також зменшено обсяги закупівлі з 1925 м куб. до 1918,3042 м куб..

Враховуючи фактичні обсяги споживання послуг з розподілу води (послуги з централізованого водопостачання) КППОР «Полтававодоканал», було підписано Додаткової угоди № 3 до Договору № 83-4-В/1 від 06.01.2022 року, у зв’язку зі зміною суми договору у бік зменшення на 13 374,49 грн (тринадцять тисяч триста сімдесят чотири грн. 49 коп.). Сума Договору становить 8377,78 грн з ПДВ.
