Note:
1. Керуючись п.2 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII, сторони дійшли згоди щодо підвищення цін за одиницю товару та встановлення її на рівні: М’ясо свиняче (м’якиш без кістки) - 98,47 грн. за 1 кг; М’ясо куряче (філе)- 87,45 грн. за 1 кг; Печінка (свиняча) - 27,39 грн. за 1 кг. 2. Зменшити суму договору на 1.05 грн. (одну гривню п’ять копійок) та викласти п.3.1 Договору в новій редакції: «3.1 Сума цього Договору складає 390605, 97 грн. (триста дев’яносто тисяч шістсот п’ять гривень 97 коп.) з ПДВ 3. Внаслідок цього викласти специфікацію до договору в редакції, яка додається до даної додаткової угоди і є її невід’ємною частиною (Додаток № 1). 4. Кількість товару для кожного навчального закладу буде зазначатися у заявках на поставку товару, внаслідок викласти Додатку №2 в новій редакціїї, що додається.
