У зв'язку з погодними умовами, у вигляді атмосферних опадів (дощів), та непередбаченим влаштуванням насипу під тротуар між пікетом ПК2+55 і ПК3+65 з пошаровим трамбуванням підсипаних вологонасичених грунтів, які виникли у зв'язку із несприятливими погодними умовами, внести зміни до п.5.1 Договору, та викласти його у наступній редакції: "5.1. Підрядник зобов"язується розпочати виконання робіт першого етапу, що становить 51 (п'ятдесят один) календарний день (з можливістю дострокового виконання), з дня підписання Договору, згідно календарного графіку виконання робіт на 2018 рік, який є невід'ємною частиною цього Договору".

Договірна ціна договору є твердою, визначається згідно з пропозицією переможця закупівлі і становить 1829999,99 (один мільйон вісімсот двадцять дев'ять тисяч дев'ятсот дев'яносто дев'ять гривень 99 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ- 305000,00 грн. На 2018 рік -1251725,02 (один мільйон двісті п'ятдесят одна тисяча сімсот двадцять п'ять гривень 02 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ- 208620,84 грн. На 2019 рік - 578274,97 грн. ( п'ятсот сімдесят вісім тисяч двісті сімдесят чотири гривні 97 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ-96379,16 грн.
