у зв’язку із виникненням об’єктивних обставин дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю додаткову угоду про таке:
1. Внести зміни в пункт 2.7 розділу 2 «ЦІНА ДОГОВОРУ» та викласти у наступній редакції:
2.7. Бюджетні зобов'язання на 2024 рік складають 0,00 грн. (Нуль грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ.
2. Доповнити пунктом 2.8 розділ 2 «ЦІНА ДОГОВОРУ» та викласти у наступній редакції:
2.8. Бюджетні зобов'язання на 2025 рік визначатимуться додатковою угодою.
3. Внести зміни до пункту 5.1 розділу 5 Договору та викласти у наступній редакції:
5.1. Датою початку виконання робіт є наступний день після укладання цього договору. Строк виконання до 31.12.2025 року. Виконання робіт може бути закінчено достроково.
4. Внести зміни до пункту 7.1 розділу 7 Договору та викласти у наступній редакції:
7.1. Договір набирає чинності і вважається укладеним з моменту його підписання Сторонами та діє до 31 грудня 2025 року, а в частині виконання Виконавцем своїх зобов'язань за Договором – до повного їх виконання.
5. Внести зміни до додатку до Договору: «Календарний графік виконання робіт».
6. Додати до Договору «Графік фінансування»
