Відповідно до пункту 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі), Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару, а саме бензин А-92, дизельне паливо, зменшити обсяги поставки товару, відповідно, зменшити ціну договору № 149 від 15.05.17 року , та викласти п.п.1.1., 3.1. договору.
