Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України " Про публічні закупівлі" та п. 10.3. Договору № 22/48 від 20 лютого 2018 року "Про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти" на період проведення процедури закупівлі, Сторони погодились укласти додаткову угоду на суму, що не перевищує 20 % суми визначеної у Договорі та викласти п.5.1. та п.10.1. у новій редакції:
Дана угода укладається на суму: 121 822,00 грн.
П. 5.1. Строк надання послуг протягом 2018-січень 2019 року.
П. 10.1. Термін дії Договору визначається з дати підписання Договору та скріплення печатками Сторін та діє до 31.01.2019 року.

ПДВ: 20 301,65 грн.
