у зв’язку із можливістю забезпечення замовнику безперебійного задоволення потреби у послугах на час проведення нової процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, Департамент інфраструктури міста Сумської міської ради може скористатися нормою п. 8 ч. 4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 «Закону про публічні закупівлі», а саме: дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Тобто, Департамент інфраструктури міста Сумської міської ради має право продовжити строк дії договору №6-б, на 2020 рік.
