У зв'язку із застосуванням формульного розрахунку ціни за одиницю товару за підсумками кожного розрахункового періоду, Сторони погодили, що Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за фактично спожиту електричну енергію в листопаді 2025 року за ціною, що становить 7,51672 грн/кВт * год без ПДВ та 9,020064 грн/кВт*год з ПДВ.
Згідно з фактичними обсягами постачання електричної енергії Споживачу, сторони домовились привести у відповідність загальну кількість електричної енергії, що має бути поставлена за Договором, та загальну ціну Договору, а саме: зменшити обсяг постачання на 26 683 кВт*год та загальну ціну Договору на 162 420,17 грн.
