1. Сторони дійшли згоди пункт 3.1 розділу ІІІ Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
3.1. Ціна договору на період з «01 » 01. 2025 по «31» 12. 2025 згідно з обсягами фінансування з місцевого бюджету становить 126 748 грн. 72 коп.( Сто двадцять шість тисяч сімсот сорок вісім грн. 72 коп.) без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ 20% - 25 349 грн. 74 коп.(Двадцять п’ять тисяч триста сорок дев’ять грн.74 коп.). Всього ціна договору становить 152 098 грн. 46коп. ( Сто п’ятдесят дві тисячі дев’яносто вісім грн. 46 коп.).
2. Додаток № 1 до Договору № 3 від 20.01.2025 р. викласти у новій редакції, який є невід'ємною частиною цієї додаткової угоди та Договору № 3 від 20.01.2025 р.
