1.У зв'язку зі зміною ціни, Сторони домовились внести зміни:
1.1.До розділу 3.1. виклавши перше речення цього пункту в наступній редакції «ціна 1 літра товару: Бензину А-92 складає -23,00 грн. з ПДВ.
1.2. До розділу 1.4. кількість - 2865 літрів.
1.3. До розділу 3.2. Загальна сума договору становитиме - 65895 грн.00 коп.
2. Всі інші умови Договору залишають без змін і підтверджують по ним свої зобов'язання.
3. Угода набуває чинності з дня її підписання обома Сторонами , складена в двох примірниках(по одному для кожної зі Сторін), які мають однакову юридичну силу, є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
