«4.1. Загальна вартість Договору складає 14 706 773,00 грн. (чотирнадцять мільйонів сімсот шість тисяч сімсот сімдесят три гривні 00 копійок) без ПДВ.
4.2. Вартість Послуг за звітний місяць складає 592 371,00 грн. (п’ятсот дев’яносто дві тисячі триста сімдесят одна гривня 00 копійок) у місяць без ПДВ. Згідно пункту 26¹ підрозділу 2 Розділу 20 Податкового кодексу України операція з поставки програмної продукції звільнена від оподаткування ПДВ.».
2. Викласти п. 7.1. розділу 7. «ДІЯ ДОГОВОРУ» Договору в наступній редакції:
«7.1.
