Враховуючи зміну тарифу на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії з 01.07.2026 року у зв’язку зі зміною встановленого відповідно до законодавства державного регульованого тарифу, затвердженого Постановою від 30 червня 2026 року № 1049 «Про внесення змін до постанови НКРЕКП від 05 грудня 2025 року № 2026 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії ПрАТ «Рівнеобленерго» із застосуванням стимулюючого регулювання», Сторони домовилися
внести зміни до розділу 3 «Ціна договору» Договору та викласти частину першу пункту 3.2. у такій редакції:
«3.2. Тариф на послугу з розподілу електричної енергії, затверджений НКРЕКП у встановленому порядку, станом на 01.07.2026 становить 3,150036 грн. за кВт/год з ПДВ».
