Термін дії договору про закупівлю продовжити на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, після затвердження видатків на цю мету в установленому порядку.

Сторони на підставі п 3.13. договору № 243 від 13.03.2019 р. та з дотриманням п. 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" вирішили укласти цю додаткову угоду до договору про закупівлю товарів про наступне: 1. Сума додаткової угоди становить 785358.80 грн. (сімсот вісмдесят п'ять тисяч триста п'ятдесят вісім грн. 80 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у договорі про закупівлю укладеному у попередньому році з урахуванням всіх додаткових угод.
