У зв ’язку з підвищенням ціни природного газу на ринку, згідно п.2 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони домовились збільшити ціну газу до 10% , внести зміни в розділ 4 договору No 17-437 від 13.02.2018 р. та викласти п.п. 4.2. в наступній редакції:«4.2. Ціна газу становить 8 941,67 грн. (Вісім тисяч дев’ятсот сорок одна гривня, 67 копійок) за 1000 куб. м., крім того ПДВ - 1 788,33 грн. (Одна тисяча сімсот вісімдесят вісім гривень, 33 копійок), всього з ПДВ - 10 730,00 грн. (Десять тисяч сімсот тридцять гривень, 00 копійок).

(вісімдесят вісім тисяч двадцять дві гривні 00 копійок), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної в договорі – 440 110,00 грн. (чотириста сорок тисяч сто десять гривень 00 копійок), укладеному в попередньому році (попередній бюджетний період) та внести зміни:
- в розділ 4 Договору та викласти п. 4.5 в наступній редакції «Загальна сума Договору складає:
у 2018 році – 440 110,00 грн. з ПДВ;
у 2019 році – 88 022,00 грн. з ПДВ.

Після розміщення Додаткової угоди №9 (далі - Угода) на майданчику було виявлено допущену механічну описку у тексті Угоди, а саме у другому абзаці із зазначенням Угоди №8, тому було повтороно розміщено Додаткову угоду №9 з виправленою опискою.
1. Відповідно до пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 11.2 до Договору, Сторони погодили продовжити дію договору №17-437 від 13.02.2018 р. на постачання природного газу в 2019 році на суму 88 022,00 грн.
