Відповідно до п.1 ч.5 ст 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» в зв»язку зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі та зважаючи на зміни внесені в Постанову НКРЕКП №1177 від 05.10.2018 р. постановою НКРЕКП №1244 від 27.06.2019 р. 1. П.5.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Загальна вартість цього Договору становить 1942532,75 грн.. крім того ПДВ 388506,55 грн., разом з ПДВ 2331039,30 грн. з урахуванням передбаченої суми надходжень відшкодувань від організацій орендарів, що становить - грн.. Всі інші умови Договору не змінені цією додатковою угодою, залишаються в силі.»
