Note:
В ході виконання взятих на себе зобов’язань за договором № 23 від 02.09.2021 року виникли об’єктивні обставини, які унеможливлюють виконання зобов’язань в установленні договором строки, а саме:
- виявлені помилки щодо меж земельних ділянок, що були допущені у відомостях Державного земельного кадастру, та які потребують додаткового опрацювання з подальшим виправленням таких помилок;
- невчасне надання експлуатуючими організаціями та установами інформації щодо наявності та місць проходження (розташування) інженерних мереж, які знаходяться в межах об’єкта інвентаризації.
