Статті 41 ЗАКОНУ УКРАЇНИ Про публічні закупівлі, враховуючі Лист Торгово-промислової Палати України від 28.02.2022 р. № 2024/02.0-7.1, сторони дійшли згоди подовжити строк дії Договору № 3300/22 від 02.02.2022р. до завершення воєнного стану, оголошеного Указом Президента України від 24.02.2022 № 64 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» з урахуванням змін, а в частині оплати - до повного виконання Сторонами узятих на себе зобов’язань.
