Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order
Note:
1. Укласти цю додаткову угоду на продовження строку дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2023 року.
2. Внести зміни до п.2.3 розділу 2 «ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРУ» Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«2.3. Строк постачання електричної енергії: 01.03.2022 року по 28.02.2023 року включно, , але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань в частині розрахунків».
3.Доповнити розділ 5 «ЦІНА, ПОРЯДОК ОБЛІКУ ТА ОПЛАТИ ЕЛЕКТРИЧНОЇ ЕНЕРГІЇ» Договору підпунктом 5.1.1. наступного змісту: «Сума договору згідно цієї угоди додатково становить 65504,16 (шістдесят п’ять тисяч п’ятсот чотири грн. 16 коп.), що становить 20% від ціни Договору, у тому числі ПДВ: 10917,36 грн.(десять тисяч дев’ятсот сімнадцять грн. 36 коп.).
4. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
5. Ця додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
6. Дана Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
