У зв`язку з призупиненням перебігу строків для укладення Договору АМК України на період розгляду скарги, сторони, керуючись пунктом 11.2.4. Договору від 30.01.2018 № 21 дійшли згоди внести зміни до пункту 5.1, виклавши його в наступній редакції: "5.1. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товару: 01 січня 2018 року - 28 лютого 2018 року".
