Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VІІІ (зі змінами)(в новій редакції частина 6 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі") та згідно п. 13.2 Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі.
