Термін дії договору про закупівлю продовжити на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, після затвердження видатків на цю мету в установленому порядку.

Сторони на підставі п 3.13. договору №168 від 11.03.2019 р. та з дотриманням п. 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" вирішили укласти цю додаткову угоду до договору про закупівлю товарів про наступне: 1. Сума додаткової угоди становить 94268.34 грн. ( дев'яносто чотири тисячі двісті шістдесят вісім грн. 34 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у договорі про закупівлю укладеному у попередньому році з урахуванням всіх додаткових угод.

(Спеціальний фонд: КПКВ 4111010 - 87,44грн.). Сторони підтверджують, що на момент припинення дії додаткової угоди між ними немає неврегульованих спорів з приводу його виконання, а також будь-яких невиконаних сторонами, в тому числі по оплаті.
