У зв’язку з необхідністю проведення переговорної процедури закупівлі у 2020 році Сторони дійшли згоди про збільшення суми Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії постачальника універсальних послуг №1 від 17.01.2019 р. (ДК 021:2014:09310000-85 - "Електрична енергія" ) в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми цього Договору у межах кошторисних призначень, затверджених на цю мету, а саме на 62094,00 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ 10349,00 грн., та встановити ціну Договору у розмірі 373738,24 грн , в т.ч. ПДВ 62289,71 грн.
