Сторони домовились на підставі пункту 1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зменшити обсяги закупівлі зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника на суму 61530,40 грн. (Шістдесят одна тисяча п'ятсот тридцять гривень 40 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 10255,07 грн. (Десять тисяч двісті п'ятдесят п'ять гривень 07 копійок) та у зв'язку з чим визначити у пункті 3.1. ціна цього Договору становить 316698,60 грн. (Триста шістнадцять тисяч шістсот дев'яносто вісім гривень 60 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 52783,10 грн. (П'ятдесят дві тисячі сімсот вісімдесят три гривні 10 копійок). Ціна Договору визначається з урахуванням розділу V Податкового кодексу України, з наступними доповненнями та змінами.
