Сторони, керуючись пунктами 9.1 та 11.2 Договору №22546/09-Б-2 від 27.01.2026 роду (далі -Договір) та нормами статей 651-654 Цивільного кодексу України, враховуючи постанову Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 24.02.2026 року №293 «Про внесення зміни до постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг, від 07 жовтня 2016 року №1816», а саме: у пункті 3 постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг, від 07 жовтня 2016 року № 1816 «Про переоформлення ліцензії на централізоване водопостачання та водовідведення, виданої КП «ХАРКІВВОДОКАНАЛ» цифри та слово «28 лютого» замінені цифрами та словом «31 травня», дійшли згоди викласти пункти 5.1 та 10.1 Договору у новій редакції
