У зв’язку зі збільшенням ціни на газове паливо (газ скраплений), згідно ст. 41 п. 5 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII зі змінами та на підставі Договору № 77-3Д від 19.02.2021 р. Сторони вирішили збільшити ціну на газове паливо (газ скраплений) за одиницю товару на 9,95 % та встановити її у розмірі 14,25 грн/ л.

У зв’язку із виробничою необхідністю Сторони домовились викласти п. 3.1 Договору № 77-ЗД від 19.02.2021 р. в наступній редакції: П. 3.1.: Ціна цього Договору становить 925372,00 грн. (вісімнадцять тисяч шістдесят три гривні 00 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ – 3010,50 грн. (три тисячі десять гривень 50 копійок). - за рахунок власних коштів підприємства – 907309,00 грн. (дев’ятсот сім тисяч триста дев’ять гривень 00 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ – 151218,17 грн. (сто п’ятдесят одна тисяча двісті вісімнадцять гривень 17 копійок).
