На підставі пункту 4 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», листа Постачальника № 186 від 25 березня 2025 р., про неможливість виконання зобов’язань щодо своєчасної передачі товару внаслідок виникнення обставин, що не залежать від постачальника та необхідність продовження строку виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару Замовник та Постачальник дійшли згоди продовжити строк виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару та внести зміни до пункту 6.1 . до Договору №52/25 від 18 лютого 2025 р., а саме: пункт 6.1. Договору викласти у новій редакції “6.1. Постачання товару здійснюється після підписання договору в термін до 20.04.2025 року.
Усі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
Зміни набирають чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами цієї Додаткової угоди.
