Внесення змін в істотні умови договору про закупівлю, які передбачені Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (із змінами) (частина 4 статті 36), та Договором підряду №2 від 03.04 2019 року по об’єкту: «Капітальний ремонт оглядових трибун та під трибунних приміщень стадіону ДЮСШ по вул. Незалежності, 14 (вул. Калініна) в. м. Білгород-Дністровському Одеської області» на підставі розділу 11 пункту 11.8., п. 6 - зміни ціни у зв’язку із зміною ставок податків і зборів пропорційно до змін таких ставок. Сторони можуть внести зміни до договору у разі зміни згідно із законодавством ставок податків і зборів, які мають бути включені до ціни договору, ціна змінюється пропорційно до змін таких ставок. Зміна ціни у зв’язку із зміною ставок податків і зборів може відбуватися як в бік збільшення, так і в бік зменшення, сума договору може змінюватися в залежності від таких змін без зміни обсягу закупівлі.
