Відповідно до п.7 ч.4 ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та постанови НКРЕКП України від 24.12.2019 року № 3013, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до пункту 4.2. Договору, виклавши в наступній редакції: "4.2. Ціна на газ з урахуванням замовлення (бронювання) потужності становить 4860,36 грн. (чотири тисячі вісімсот шістдесят гривень 36 копійок) за 1000 куб. м., в тому числі ПДВ 810,06 грн. (Вартість послуг із замовлення (бронювання) потужності за 1000 куб. м. становить 124,16 грн. (сто двадцять чотири гривень 16 копійки) без ПДВ, в тому числі ПДВ 24,83 грн., що разом з ПДВ складає 148,99 грн. (сто сорок вісім гривень 99 копійки)."
