2. Зменшити загальний очікуваний річний обсяг споживання газу за даним Договором до 306091 м3.
Інші умови договору №24 від 30.01.2017 р. залишаються без змін.
Дана додаткова угода набирає чинності з дати її підписання уповноваженими особами.

Продовжити дію Договору № 24 постачання природного газу від 30.01.2017 на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, а саме до «31» січня 2018 року та встановити, що загальна вартість послуг згідно даної Додаткової угоди не може перевищувати 20% вартості послуг, визначеної у п.4.1. Договору № 24 постачання природного газу від 30.01.2017;
2. Розділ 4 Договору № 24 постачання природного газу від 30.01.2017 доповнити пунктом 4.5. наступного змісту:
«4.5. Загальна вартість послуг за період з 01.01.2018 по 31.01.2018 складає 577 615,58 грн. (п’ятсот сімдесят сім тисяч шістсот п’ятнадцять грн.. 58 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ – 96 269,26 грн. (дев’яносто шість тисяч двісті шістдесят дев’ять грн.. 26 коп.)».
3. Дана Додаткова угода № 7 є невід’ємною частиною Договору № 24 постачання природного газу від 30.01.2017, набирає чинності з дати її підписання уповноваженими особами сторін і діє до 31.01.2018, а в частині взаєморозрахунків до повного виконання сторонами взятих на себе зобов'язань.
