У зв’язку із зменшенням потреби обсягів закупівлі дизельного палива, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника Сторони домовились:
Зменшити кількість закупівлі дизельного палива на 2864,49 літрів на суму 70 180,00 грн. відповідно до п. 1.4 Договору.
У зв’язку із фактичною вибіркою обсягів бензину А-92 Energy сторони домовились зменшити суму Договору на 250,00 грн.
Ціна цього Договору становить: 239 500,00 грн. з ПДВ.
