1. Домовились змінити п. 4.3. та викласти в наступній редакції п.4.3. Договору:
«4.3. Замовник до початку виконання робіт (послуг) може здійснити попередню оплату у розмірі 30% вартості річного обсягу робіт, згідно до постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019 р. № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» та Наказу Державного Агентства Автомобільних Доріг України від 10.02.2020 р. № 42 «Про деякі питання попередньої оплати» строком до трьох календарних місяців, відповідно до належним чином оформленого рішення головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів. Підрядник зобов'язується використати одержаний аванс на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів. По закінченню терміну надавання попередньої оплати Підрядник зобов’язаний надати на підписання Замовнику акти виконаних робіт по формі КБ-2в на суму попередньої оплати».
