Note:
1. Сторони домовились зменшити ціну договору на 424,20 гривні та продовжити строк його дії Договору №44 від жовтня 2024 р. для взяття юридичних зобов’язань у 2025 році, та проведення остаточних розрахунків, у зв’язку з чим, викласти пункт 3.1. Розділу 3 Договору у новій редакції
«3.1. Вартість виконання робіт становить 490226,00 гривень (чотириста дев’яносто тисяч двісті двадцять шість і рішень 00 коп.), і розрахована у відповідності до кошторису. Розрахунки проводяться згідно кошторисних призначень Договірна ціна додається і є невід'ємною
частиною договору, у тому числі:
- На 2024 рік: 242 615,00 грн без ПДВ;
- На 2025 рік: 247 186,80 грн. у т.ч. ПДВ 20%.
